I worked on 2 major projects with Etienne (two 3-day events). He is an extremely competent director and editor.
His work is thoughtful and structured, but he remains extremely flexible and responsive on set.
Among his other qualities: he is 100% autonomous, he knows how to "disappear" yet be exactly where he needs to be at the right moment.
Finally, his edits are brilliant. From the refined and relevant choice of music, synchronization of music/image to the millisecond, perfect colorimetry despite variable environments, the work is flawless.
Each time, we ended up with mini-films that remained true to the reality of the event, while enhancing the lived moments.
Blessed are those who have Etienne with them for their project!
