Etienne Mercier

French designer from Haute-Savoie, Etienne Mercier grew up between the maritime influences of the West Coast and the mountainous landscapes of the East Coast. This duality fuels his design approach, which is sensitive, functional, and contemporary.

A graduate of Strate École de Design in Paris with a State Diploma in Industrial Design, he began his career as an independent designer while also teaching at a design school. In 2025, he founded his studio "Face.B" in Geneva, dedicated to creating objects, furniture, lighting, and designing private, public, and scenographic spaces.

Through his collaborations with architects, artisans, and creatives, Etienne develops projects where design dialogues with uses, materials, and spaces, always seeking a balance between aesthetics, functionality, and identity(ies).
