Coming from marketing and digital project management, I have worked in various sectors, always on the service provider side, bringing my drive, skills, and methods to my clients.

I enjoy understanding, synchronizing, and coordinating commercial, marketing, and technical visions within digital projects to define the strategy with my stakeholders, build the associated action plan, and execute it successfully. From ideation workshops to final acceptance, I like to be involved to ensure progress.

This allows me to analyze the situation precisely and identify areas for improvement. I am open to change and aware of the technical and operational challenges that can hinder theoretical "good ideas." I dislike solutions that are far from practical reality. I favor exchange and co-construction in my approach to maximize buy-in for changes.
