With 20 years of total experience, I have over 15 years of experience in IT Transformation Program Management. I can work in all sectors, but over the years, I have gained more experience in the insurance sector (professional insurance funds) on the one hand, and in the real estate sector on the other.

I have managed several global IT system overhauls for large companies, as well as turnkey software solutions for the railway sector or, more recently, in the creation of property management software 'Ma vie de Copro' (web and mobile) with offshore teams depending on the projects.

Finally, for the past 2 years, I have specialized in AI.

The nature of the missions I have undertaken has also led me to be prepared for and to appreciate a specific type of mission, one where:

- The company or a business unit needs to be transformed from end to end, from the initial idea to operational implementation.

- I need to act as a true decision-making support for the executive, with a good understanding of their sector and a framework that facilitates the analysis of their challenges.

- The complexity of the program requires all parties to be on board to achieve a co-construction of the project.

I can work on both the client side (MOA) and the supplier side (MOE):

•Client side (MOA): from developing the IT roadmap through upstream project studies, developing an IT strategy, then managing MOA resources on the IT construction and implementation project (package studies, project management, change management, functional acceptance, etc.)

•Supplier side (MOE): managing development teams, organizing development work, leading and managing the migration phase, organizing technical and automated testing, risk management
