For 10 years, I led B2B sales teams in tech (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, SaaS publishers). I saw the same scenario repeat: we build a Sales Playbook, train the teams, invest in a CRM — and six months later, salespeople revert to their old habits.

Today, generative AI promises to change everything. In reality, 80% of salespeople don't use ChatGPT or Copilot daily. They aren't resistant, but no one has given them the right prompts, in the right place, within their daily routines.

This is exactly what I do.

Specifically, I intervene in 3 stages:

1) AUDIT (5-10 days) — I map your sales process, interview your teams, and identify moments in the cycle where AI can save time or secure a deal (prospecting, discovery, RFP response, objection handling, closing, upsell, cross-sell...).
