Design and development of a business SaaS platform for a tour operator in Sri Lanka, intended to centralize the management of assignments, drivers, guides, vehicles, unavailability, expense reports, and operational workflows.

I am involved in the entire project cycle: functional scoping, product architecture, UX/UI, web development, Firebase integration, business logic, automations, performance optimization, and preparation for multi-platform delivery.

The project includes a modern administration interface, dedicated spaces for drivers and guides, operational tracking features, advanced assignment management, statuses, notifications, comments, expenses, and availability.

I also structured an AI approach with Kavi, an integrated operational assistant capable of helping with navigation, information retrieval, mission preparation, and business workflow execution.

Objective: to transform a complex field organization into a clear, reliable, scalable, and easy-to-use digital tool for daily use.

Creation and development of KaMaât Conseil, initially focused on recruitment and HR support, then repositioned towards organizational consulting, digital transformation, and operational structuring for VSEs/SMEs.

I assist companies in analyzing their needs, clarifying their processes, designing digital tools, creating websites, web and mobile applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, and automations tailored to their business.

My approach combines business vision, field experience, management, recruitment, UX/UI, product architecture, and operational delivery to transform complex needs into concrete, user-friendly, and performance-oriented solutions.

KaMaât Conseil's digital activity is now the company's primary focus, with recruitment and talent support retained as a complementary expertise.

Design of RentOps AI, a SaaS platform concept for a real estate company based in Ivory Coast, with the objective of structuring rental management, payment tracking, reminders, incidents, documents, and operational oversight.

I am involved in needs assessment, functional structuring, product architecture, business workflows, user experience, and a SaaS vision adapted to local realities: mobile money payments, field tracking, traceability, low connectivity, and the need for simplicity for owners, managers, and administrators.

The project includes advanced considerations around automation, operational AI, role management, securing sensitive actions, and data reliability.

Objective: to transform often manual and scattered property management into a clear, reliable, scalable, and user-friendly digital tool for daily use.
