• • Led a team of 4 in building a integration into an open source EMR system that resulted in automating the creation of approximately 3,000 lab requisitions as well as keeping medical records up to date from the patient applications.

• • Collaborated with design to introduce a new design system library to our front-end applications and trained the team on how to use it and form new components using React.

• • Developed a prescription sync in a newly launched US entity that gave our business teams insight into how many prescriptions were being sent to partnering pharmacies. This integration leveraged DoseSpot under the SureScripts pharmacy network.

• • Explored a role in people leadership for the team and had regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and helped my team navigate goal setting to ensure they are always improving and reaching a bar.

• • Built internal applications to help increase the efficiency of our operations.

• • Created an internal application that helps therapists manage their schedule with clients for applied behaviour analysis therapy sessions. Impact on the business for this product was faster response times for clients on appointments being cancelled or rescheduled and less stress on our operations employees managing schedules.

• •Worked on a product that assisted operations in pairing therapists with clients to ensure they are able to get into care fast.

• •Worked with TypeScript, React (also Next), MJML, Okta, and GraphQL.

• • Built an internal tool that helped therapists document their in-home care sessions that increased their efficiency by replacing a large clinical data platform that was hard to use.

• •Assisted in back-end work related to generating CSV reports for payroll based on the in-home care sessions documented by therapists to ensure they were paid for hours worked. This data was sent to our third-party HR solution Rippling.

• • Developing and refactoring features for both our client side application (React) and back-end (Python).

• • Developing tooling on the admin panel to assist business staff and contractors positive experiences while assisting

• • candidates.

• • Implemented a better system for evaluating candidates that saved us a lot of time when we were finalizing their evaluations.

• • Mentor candidates in our Career Accelerator program where developers are put into teams of four and provide them a "work simulation" where they are given stories in agile management and sprints.
