Scope of the mission:

• Custom training for several employees on market AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, productivity and content generation tools), adapted to their actual tasks: prospecting, ad writing, client relations, reporting.

• Monitoring and updating on trending AI tools and best practices (prompting, AI Act compliance).

• Design and implementation of automations and workflows (n8n / Make) to streamline internal processes and eliminate repetitive, time-consuming tasks.

• Deliverables: prompt library, documented workflows, and reusable templates for the team.

Result: Improved team skills and time savings on recurring tasks.

• Central point of contact between Product, Engineering, Avatar, Design teams and clients, ensuring alignment between business, technical, and user needs.

• Analysis of client needs and translation into clear, actionable items for product and technical teams.

• 360° product vision, combining advanced support, technical understanding, and contribution to roadmap evolution.

• Structuring internal processes and operational support (runbooks, documentation) to improve inter-team collaboration and efficiency.

• Contribution to workflow optimization.

• Recognized product expert, with a deep understanding of the platform, user behaviors, and product trade-offs.

• Management of complex, high-impact issues, with product insights feeding into the roadmap and prioritization decisions.
