Within the Big Data platform of the Innovation and Data division of the APHP, the Health Data Warehouse (EDS) integrates the administrative and medical data of over 14 million patients hospitalized or who have consulted within the 39 establishments of the APHP (20 million medical records, 10 million diagnoses, 181 million laboratory results...). This warehouse makes it possible to improve the management of hospital activity and to advance scientific research in the field of health by facilitating data studies, the implementation of clinical trials, and the development of decision support algorithms.

Functional missions:

- Allow researchers and various medical staff to query all the data available in the EDS (structured data, text, imaging, physiological signals, voice...) through the Cohort360 tool

- Visualize available medical data

- Select subsets of data according to complex criteria in order to constitute specific datasets for medical research, made available in a Jupyter environment for analysis (web data analysis platform)

- Export a subset of data to data annotation tools, or to train machine learning models/algorithms

Technical missions:

- Participate in the architecture, design, development, code review, implementation of best practices, and deployment of developed services

- Industrialize code by ensuring excellent performance and high security

- Ensure compliance with data exchange standards and norms (FHIR)

- Work with the Kanban agile method

- Write unit tests and end-to-end tests

- Implement API documentation

- Integration of new features on the e-commerce site for customers, as well as on the interfaces for producers and hive managers

- Integration of new designs mocked up on Figma, in Pixel Perfect mode

- Communication with various APIs via React Query

- Tests with React-Testing-Library and Jest

- Redesign of the Sciences Po Web ecosystem from Scratch. Creation of a site generator allowing on-demand creation of sites for institutional actors, professors, and students

- Creation of a component library in React.js and corresponding Scss modules for editorial content created on the Strapi CMS and designed via Adobe Xd

- Data retrieval via GraphQL

- Strict implementation of RGAA accessibility rules defined by an audit firm
