Esther's approach is characterized as practical, insightful, and natural. She works with coaching trajectories of a few months, looking at your process with a holistic perspective. This starts with a free and no-obligation introductory meeting to explore if there is a mutual match. If so, the trajectory begins with an intake session where your request for help is the starting point. In the subsequent sessions, Esther guides you step by step towards your goal, your desire.
