UX and Service Designer with over 9 years of experience. I help entrepreneurs, small businesses, and institutions willing to generate a positive impact in their environment to design online and in-person experiences. Using Service Design and Strategic Design as methodologies, I mentor and guide so that design becomes a support for their business, adds value to their clients, and is always aligned with their purpose.

I believe in the responsibility we have as designers when creating Products and Services that are sustainable from a human and environmental point of view. To achieve this, I start from diversity and explore how a feminist and intersectional perspective can benefit us all.

    The project's objective was to explore the needs and desires of micro-entrepreneurs in Colombia, later called “Protagonists of Progress,” and to define a solution based on them that would provide value for them and support their development.

    During the project, we conducted exhaustive research that included different regions of Colombia and created a Strategic Vision that served as the basis for the Experience design. The key artifacts that defined the experience were designed to be validated by users later.

    Subsequently, an initial brand image approach was designed for the selected concept.
