Hello! I'm Ester and m𝘆 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆.

From the onset of my career, I've discovered a profound connection with companies that challenge conventions and explore unique ways to fulfill their objectives. I'm excited to see how Design Thinking can catalyze innovation, and how the integration of artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies can further empower this process. I firmly believe that combining human-centered approaches with AI's capacity to analyze data and generate insights can open new avenues for tackling complex problems and creating truly disruptive solutions. This passion for innovation is what drives me to closely collaborate with visionary teams and leaders who seek to merge creativity, technology, and strategy to achieve success in an increasingly digital and evolving world. Ideas are the engine that drives change, but for them to truly make a difference, they must be put into action. Through my years of experience as an Agile Coach, I have learned that new ways of working are essential to transform those ideas into tangible results.
