- Post job offers and manage HR communication on social networks to promote the employer brand.

- Ensure compliance with legal and social frameworks, while maintaining harmonious social relations.

- Foster team motivation and a positive work environment.

- Personnel administration: Creation and follow-up of employee files, employment contracts, mutual insurance, medical visits, management of absences and departures, issuance of payslips and final settlement, management of Pôle emploi documents.

- Training: Preparation of training in line with the skills development plan, monitoring of groups and attendance sheets, transmission of information to payroll, coordination with quality and management departments.

- Projects in coordination with management:

- Preparation of CSE elections from February 2022.

- Elaboration of the 2021 social report.

- Processing of satisfaction questionnaires and proposals for improvement.

- Updating of the Single Professional Risk Assessment Document and the internal regulations.

- Posting of job offers on usual channels (Indeed, Pôle Emploi, etc.).
