- Post job offers and manage HR communication on social networks to promote employer branding.

- Guarantee compliance with legal and social regulations, while ensuring harmonious social relations.

- Foster team motivation and a positive work environment.

- Personnel Administration: Creation and follow-up of employee files, employment contracts, mutual insurance, medical visits, management of absences and departures, issuance of payslips and final settlement documents, management of Pôle Emploi documents.

- Training: Preparation of training sessions in line with the skills development plan, follow-up of groups and attendance sheets, transmission of information to payroll, coordination with quality and management departments.

- Projects in coordination with management:

- Preparation of CSE elections from February 2022.

- Elaboration of the 2021 social report.

- Processing of satisfaction surveys and proposals for improvement.

- Updating of the Single Professional Risk Assessment Document and internal regulations.

- Posting of job offers on usual channels (Indeed, Pôle Emploi, etc.).
