For 3 consecutive seasons, I had the opportunity to work at Le Fils à Maman, a beach restaurant.

Interacting with customers, I developed my sense of service, honed my communication skills, and learned to manage various situations with responsiveness and professionalism to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

I discovered Strate Research during a third-year project, which introduced me to scientific research applied to design. Convinced of the importance of this discipline for creating tomorrow's solutions, I applied for an internship within their team. This experience was very enriching, with varied responsibilities, autonomy, and innovation-focused projects. I had the opportunity to work with robots, conduct experiments, and attend presentations. Working alongside a passionate and inspiring team was a unique opportunity.

Discovering luxury dining allowed me to truly understand the expectations of demanding clients and thus refine my attention to detail to meet their high standards.
