For over 15 years, I have been assisting leaders and teams of B2B SMEs/ETIs in clarifying, structuring, and implementing strategic decisions in communication and marketing.

Coming from a consulting agency background, I have developed a cross-functional vision of brand, communication, and marketing levers, with a particular focus on consistency between strategy, messaging, challenges, and field actions.

My Vision

My observation, shared by many leaders: difficulties in communication and marketing rarely stem from a lack of ideas or resources, but from a misalignment between strategy, decisions made, and their execution.

This is what is called consistency debt: muddled messages, piled-up projects, diluted investments, teams moving forward without a clear direction.

My role is precisely to intervene at this point.

I help to gain perspective, to arbitrate, to prioritize, and then to translate strategic directions into concrete, managed, and truly useful actions for the company's development.
