I led market analysis, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and align commercial strategy with customer needs. I coordinated multidisciplinary teams in the development and launch of key products. I drove the evolution of the commercial offering in an agile and 100% digital environment, with a comprehensive view of channels (digital and physical), accelerating launch times and improving customer experience.

I analyzed the needs and motivations of young people to define a differentiating value proposition, aligned with their digital interests. I led the development and launch of the new commercial offering, Student Plans and Student Internet offers, coordinating the complete roadmap from definition to launch. I redefined the value proposition of the YU brand, driving its digital evolution: new website, new app, and the first convergent offer in 2021.
