Founder and CEO of Nabsten, a company specializing in change management and strategy consulting for the Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem. Convinced of the potential of the Office 365 suite, I created Nabsten to help my clients discover the possibilities offered by this ecosystem and transform them into opportunities within their company. My goal is to simplify the information system and position it as a service for the company and its users, rather than a source of complexity and expense. On a daily basis, I perform the following functions:

• Sales: management and development of the commercial offer and client portfolio

• Project: project management and management of partners/service providers

• Awareness: popularization of the Office 365 offer for a "for all" understanding of the stakes and potential. I work with clients in various sectors, such as Reims Métropole, the City of Niort, the Medical and Surgical Retina Center, Mulhouse Alsace Agglomération.

Passionate about business digitalization, I contribute to their evolution and transformation. My ambition is to simplify processes through information systems. My motivation is to create performance for the company, while focusing my approach on people by creating added value. My daily life is marked by three activities:

• Project: management and supervision of projects in IT Project Management Assistance (AMOA)

• Sales: development of the commercial offer and management of the client portfolio

• Management: management of partner and service provider relationships. I work on the following themes:

• Collaborative business strategy: portal, intranet, CSR, collaborative tools and projects, online services, mobility and remote working

• Change management and governance strategy

• Optimization and dematerialization of business processes

• Information management (DMS/ECM). As an expert in business analysis, my clients consult me for:

• Assisting business units in identifying and formalizing needs

• Modeling and optimizing their business processes

• Drafting specifications, managing competitive bidding, and project monitoring

• Promoting the adoption of new solutions and developing digital autonomy for employees

• Promoting internal achievements/projects. Management and governance of these areas complement my support offering:

• Assisting the Management Committee in its decisions on new technologies

• Co-constructing and managing the Information Systems Master Plan

• Managing internal teams

• Managing service providers, external resources, and subcontractors.
