IT Project Manager, I have been supporting large groups (Hermès, Crédit Agricole, LVMH, E.Leclerc) for over 10 years on their infrastructure and transformation projects.
My job is to structure what is not yet structured. I frame the project, estimate workloads and risks, organize teams and steering committees, manage the budget and schedule until production launch, and then prepare the handover to RUN.
