As a freelance management consultant with over ten years of experience – including at KPMG – I support corporations and large companies in the professional management of complex projects – both classic and agile. My focus is on setting up and operating Project Management Offices (PMOs), structuring transformation and digitalization projects, and effective project communication across all hierarchical levels.

Throughout my career, I have worked across various industries – from telecommunications, defense and military technology, plant engineering, energy, logistics, to the automotive industry. I am familiar with classic PMO tasks such as project status monitoring, milestone planning, and reporting, as well as agile methods (Scrum, SAFe), tool landscapes (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint), and change communication. I bring particular expertise in digital communication: I conceptualize and produce targeted explainer and training videos, support internal transformation (e.g., RPA documentation), and moderate workshops that are both structured and visually compelling.

What sets me apart is the combination of analytical project management and creative communication skills. I think entrepreneurially, work solution-oriented, and act as a reliable interface between IT, business departments, and management.
