IT Buyer for Bolloré Global procurement Scope: Software, Hardware, IT services & Telecom; Areas: Europe / EAMA / APAC Responses to daily purchase requests from Havas and Bolloré entities at the global level (contractual and commercial negotiations): Results: €3.5m of ad hoc purchase requests managed → 20% Savings Participation in calls for tender and strategic subjects:

- Dailymotion server infrastructure renewal (€550K)

- ERP integration for the Automatic systems entity (€4.5M)

- CCTV & Access Control integration project for Abidjan port (€400K)

- P2I referencing renewal for the management part (200 to 400 FTE) Analysis and monitoring (Reporting, Purchasing performance measurement, etc.) International competitive intelligence

- Implementation and deployment of framework agreements within the Bolloré and Vivendi groups

- Monitoring of Bolloré and Havas group contracts.

- Supplier relationship monitoring

- Manage the preparation of contracts / orders on SAP :

- Ensure that contracts / orders, and contract review are carried out in compliance with SLA and good practices

- Answer questions from agents and customers about orders placed or to be placed

- Optimize orders transport costs

- Work in partnership with external interfaces (customers, agents, distributors, freight forwarders, transporters) and internal interfaces with Customer Service coordinators (back-office) and factory Supply Chains.

- Monitor customer portfolio, anticipate blocked orders and alert the coordinator in charge of debt collection. Manage customer relations:

- Collect customer informations

- Enter customer complaints in compliance with the SLA & collect all proofs of claims

- Investigate complaints, and respond to customers within defined deadlines Provide support to sales representatives:

- Perform sales forecasts for global accounts

- Support sales representatives by being able to provide a status of contracts, orders, allocations or sales targets

- Communicate with sales people through our "Sales Forces" CRM
