I have been working in the Agri-food sector for over 35 years.
I started in Mass Distribution in the Fresh Products sector, then I spent my entire career in sales, in B2B and almost exclusively in the BVP (Bakery Pastry Viennoiserie) business.
After my first stint in mass distribution (GENTY-CATHIARD), an experience managing a DELIFRANCE corner in a very touristy area in the Antilles allowed me to manage a team on the ground with full responsibility.
Upon my return, I rejoined mass distribution again, EUROMARCHE and CARREFOUR, which solidified my taste for sales and challenges, and I 'switched' to the commercial side, first in an SME, then in a large group (GRANDS MOULINS DE PARIS - NUTRIXO) where I stayed for 13 years. I continued my career by offering my services to various SMEs, then by creating my own artisanal Bakery Pastry brand, having been a laureate of the Réseau Entreprendre (REDA).
I have climbed all the rungs from field sales representative roles, then sales manager, to become sales director with national responsibilities.
I am passionate about team management, about bringing out the best in all my collaborators. My passion for mountains and climbing perfectly aligns with the notion of teamwork. I enjoy challenges, negotiation, and collective effort.
