70% of transformations fail. Most often because the change is neither truly supported nor truly governed over time. It is in this neglected area that I bring the most value.

I work at the intersection of three areas of expertise: operational excellence and Lean (Black Belt Lean Management), certified professional coaching (RNCP 7, systemic approach from the Palo Alto school), and a strategic understanding of the impact of AI in organizations. I deploy these at all levels, from the shop floor to the executive committee.

Since 2004, I have been supporting the operational transformation of organizations: performance management systems (MOS) and corporate governance, safety culture, change management. 55+ missions, 1,000+ managers coached, 40+ sites.

The change endures when it is anchored from the bottom as well as from the top: intermediate management, teams, and governance that lasts beyond the project.

Some benchmarks. At OCP in Morocco, deployment of a performance management system: efficiency increased from 45% to 75%, yields +15%, coaching up to the executive committee. At ENGIE Solutions, a global safety culture program for management, managerial maturity increased from 25% to 33%. At Sanofi, a supply chain overhaul: stock-outs reduced from €1M to €20K in six months, then to zero for eighteen months. At SIAAP, the overhaul of a site's performance management system and the training of 160 managers, leading five senior consultants.

Since 2025, an Executive MBA Artificial Intelligence & Data has extended this practice: qualifying what AI can truly accelerate in a transformation, and accompanying its arrival as a transformation in itself.

My conviction, after more than twenty years: a successful transformation is one that the organization eventually no longer needs me for.
