I analyze your current practices, your messaging, your prospecting methods, and how you track your opportunities. Based on this diagnosis, I help you clarify your sales pipeline, improve your scripts and follow-ups, and establish simple commercial routines supported by relevant performance indicators. The goal is to gain clarity, consistency, and commercial effectiveness.
My approach is deliberately hands-on, pragmatic, and results-oriented. The methods implemented are designed to be quickly applicable, without unnecessary complexity, even for less structured teams.
