Management and structuring of the back office for a national multi-brand network (over 500 points of sale – 350 franchisees).

Responsible for the organization and security of the network's support functions:

• Structuring financial control and monitoring of franchisees

• Supervision of invoicing, legal, commercial leases, and accounting coordination

• Management and support of franchisees in difficulty (cash flow analysis, recovery plans, landlord negotiation, judicial representative coordination)

• Negotiation and renegotiation of commercial leases (city centers, shopping centers, outskirts)

• Securing the franchise business model and supporting strategic decisions

Regular interventions on:

• financial restructurings

• strategic relocations

• optimization of real estate costs

• sensitive cases and collective proceedings

Contribution to the management of a network representing up to €140 million in turnover.

Operation and management of several franchised units within a national network.

Responsible for the economic and operational management of points of sale:

• profitability analysis and management of operating accounts

• team management (up to 4 units – approx. 20 employees)

• cost optimization and real estate management

• banking relations and financing follow-up

• management of financial stress and restructuring phases

Progressive sale of units in a restructuring context, with negotiation and coordination of various stakeholders.

This experience as an operator allowed me to maintain a concrete and realistic view of franchisees' on-site challenges: unit profitability, cash flow, management, real estate pressure, and franchisor relations.

Responsible for the commercial development and structuring of a rapidly growing national multi-brand network.

Managed franchisee recruitment and onboarding, with a particular focus on the soundness of projects and the economic coherence of the model.

Key responsibilities:

• Organization and management of franchise development nationwide

• Strategic selection of franchisee candidates

• Validation of business plans and banking support for project holders

• Structuring relationships with the franchise departments of major banks

• Contribution to the evolution of the economic and contractual model

• Multi-site development and support for multi-establishment franchisees

Active participation in the growth of the franchise network (several hundred units during the period) and in network consolidation.

Regular strategic support on site selection, territorial coherence, and project profitability.
