1. Discovery (The listening meeting)

It all starts with a meeting. My goal is to gather maximum information: your desires, your lifestyle, your constraints, and your budget. Thanks to my field experience (having built several houses myself), I immediately help you identify what is technically feasible.

2. Design & Presentation

Once the needs are analyzed, I create the plans. We meet again for a detailed presentation of the project. This is when the drawing comes to life. We discuss the volumes, the layout, and the aesthetics to ensure the project is 100% right for you.

3. Adjustments and permit submission

If the project suits you, we prepare the file for the Building Permit. If modifications are needed or if a point is problematic, we resolve it together.
