Within the scope of global product responsibility for solutions in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Real-Time Location Services (RTLS), and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), the role included managing international product, delivery, and customer success activities. This involved defining and implementing strategic product roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional development and rollout processes, and ensuring efficient collaboration between product management, engineering, sales, and customer organizations.

A key focus was the development and international launch of "askPixi" – an AI-based SaaS solution for industrial and manufacturing companies. This included conceptualizing data-driven use cases, integrating modern AI and analytics functions into existing industrial and production environments, and managing product development, quality assurance, and market launch.

Furthermore, scalable operational and organizational processes were built and optimized, including the introduction of OKR frameworks for strategic goal management and the definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs to measure product, service, and company performance. Additionally, the role encompassed strategic support for M&A activities, expanding the product and solution portfolio, and building and scaling international teams in a dynamic growth environment.

In this role, the responsibility covered the strategic and operational development of the INTRANAV.IO platform and the associated RTLS product line (Real-Time Location Services). The focus was on ensuring delivery excellence, continuous technological solution development, and building sustainable quality and development processes. This included coordinating complex product developments, managing technical roadmaps, and ensuring high-quality standards throughout the entire development and delivery lifecycle.

Additionally, the position involved the technical and organizational leadership of international engineering and product teams with over 20 employees. This included managing distributed teams, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and establishing efficient communication and decision-making structures in an international technology environment.

Another focus was the introduction and optimization of agile PMO processes to improve project transparency, resource management, and delivery processes. Furthermore, ITIL-oriented support and service structures were built, and compliance and governance frameworks were implemented to ensure scalable operations, service quality, and regulatory compliance sustainably.

In the scope of freelance consulting, the focus was on the strategic and operational development of technology-oriented companies and business units. This included developing organizational structures, defining scalable business processes, and selecting and implementing suitable technology platforms. Additionally, market and growth strategies were developed, recruiting processes were established, and international teams were supported in achieving technological and organizational goals.

Another focus was on scaling business models for international operations, including optimizing operational and support structures and preparing for growth and investment phases. In this context, companies were supported in fundraising activities, investor relations, and strategic development measures, including a successful financing round of 7 million Euros and the subsequent acquisition by Inpixon.

Furthermore, the consulting included building and optimizing customer-oriented processes, such as SLA management, complaint management, and quality assurance. The goal was to ensure efficient service and support processes and the continuous improvement of process quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance in international project and corporate structures.
