My target group is the purchasing, SCM, and logistics departments in industrial companies that need to digitize and transform. This also includes post-merger integration. My international activity over 30 years as a manager and authorized signatory in industrial purchasing in mechanical engineering and the electronics industry offers my clients a very high level of experience. The focus was on digitalization, scaling of organization and processes, risk management, and cost reduction. With this experience and with new technologies of artificial intelligence, I help my clients build a risk-reduced and efficient supply chain.
