The vocation for entrepreneurship and business development, as well as personal development, has marked my professional life, in which project after project I dedicate with all effort and enthusiasm each entrepreneurial stage, since the beginning of a project always entails the generation of new opportunities for any restless mind with the sole purpose of creating and contributing new value to society and the business fabric.

I bring the experience of change management towards a more agile business, in which all its members can interact, exchange impressions, contribute ideas, breaking down the hierarchical barriers and knowledge silos that prevent communications from flowing correctly within the company and integrating suppliers and clients in the common project of business growth.

All this knowledge acquired during my professional career has led me to delve into Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, and all those necessary for a correct digital transformation that goes beyond the implementation of software or hardware.
