Starting from my company EMJ CONSEIL, in a few years, I created HUBSCALE, a European network of independent experts, currently consisting of 8 professionals all from the world of finance with different but complementary profiles and talents, and we share our European mandates (including UK and Switzerland) across five businesses:

- Fundraising

- M&A

- Private placements

- Structured financing

- Professional and commercial real estate

We intervene for all types of companies, from supra-European investors to growing SMEs.

The originality of this experience, now 10 years old, is having succeeded in bringing together very senior profiles, with impressive track records and strong personalities, and developing an efficient European network for modest-sized operations below the radar of traditional investment banks.

Our main assets are agility and the ability to operate in 360° on a mandate, and especially not in silos, systematically playing the card of teamwork, pooling, and sharing for the greatest benefit of clients.
