Hi, I'm Erik. My most important skill isn't on any skills list: I'm the translator. Anyone can create pretty reports.

I translate between C-level and Development, between client and implementer, across departments and hierarchies. I know both sides, agency and in-house, and understand how differently management, marketing, and tech view the same task. I keep the chain from strategy to go-live together, ensuring no substance gets lost in translation. Stakeholder management at every level is the gap that often yawns in many projects.

I advise and I act. First, an audit and action plan, then I get my hands dirty. I know the difference between a recommendation that sounds good and one that works in a real setup because I've implemented it myself. I talk to your developer about status codes and crawling, and I explain to management what that means for growth.

15+ years of online marketing, about ten of them in leadership. At Synatix, I built organic visibility against Check24, OBI, and Otto: David versus Goliath, with a smaller budget, and it worked.

AI significantly accelerates me. However, it doesn't deliver quality out of the box; that comes from experience and many rounds of correction.
