I manage projects from the initial idea to go-live, ensuring they deliver the intended value. I take on initiatives at any stage, from operational project management to program responsibility, acting as a Project Manager or Interim Manager. This is backed by over 18 years of experience in corporate and consulting environments, including Deloitte Digital and Capgemini, often reporting directly to management or the board.

Drawing on extensive experience and numerous successful implementations, I am frequently engaged when a program is off track. I analyze the root causes, realign scope and budget with value contribution, and make the program manageable again. Additionally, I build new business areas, from business cases to the first contract, and advise leadership teams on AI transformation, from strategy to governance and the EU AI Act.

Three examples: For a global home appliance manufacturer, I developed and globally rolled out the 'One Consumer' program from an IT project to a board-driven D2C transformation, recognized with the SAP Award. For an international building materials manufacturer, I brought together a stalled IT program at the management level, halved additional costs, and managed its go-live. For MediaMarktSaturn, I launched a BaFin-compliant subscription model in three months.
