ESG Reporting according to CSRD is mandatory for many companies – but it is also a great opportunity to strengthen the company's image and reputation with customers, owners, and (potential) employees.
But where and how to start? Are service providers, software, or new positions needed? What do goal-oriented processes look like?
I help you get started! - I offer expertise from experience in strategic communication, specifically with ESRS / CSRD Reporting in industrial companies with more than 500 or 1000 employees.
Specifically, I advise on the following questions:

- How can the complex reporting obligations be fulfilled step by step?
- How can a double materiality analysis be conducted? How can stakeholders be involved profitably?
- How can data be found, organized, consolidated within the company, and transferred into the required "Sustainability Statement" of the annual financial statements?
- How can the auditor's attestation be ensured?
- Which departments in the company should be involved?
- How can management lead? Does it even have to?
- Is software needed?
- Are further service providers needed?
- How can the Sustainability Statement be used for communication (e.g., regarding brand, marketing, employer branding, CSR activities, public affairs, general reputation communication)? How for innovation and risk management?
- How can ESG data be used for change?
In addition to consulting, I offer – if needed – contact to an agency with expertise in materiality analysis, CSRD/ESRS-compliant reporting, and strategic ESG communication.
I am co-author of the "Workbook Sustainability," which is currently being published by Bundesanzeiger-Verlag. The book provides an overview of the process and methods by which companies can set up and operate internal ESG controlling.
