Working with ASP.NET CORE and Angular.js. Creating a EHR system for a Norwegian municipalities. Mentoring my collegues.

Worked with REACT, ASP.NET CORE, AWS. We were creating a Cost allocation framework for efficient cost management throughout a bank. I was leading a team of 5 developers. My responsibilities were driving our software architecture, helping others to find solutions to their problems, teaching and mentoring others. I designed a whole solution and a setup form scratch. Also, I was responsible for putting a roadmap in place in order to deliver it in a tight schedule. We were able to deliver MVP on time. Furthermore, I was taking part in various activities Guilds outside my daily duties. I did a presentation about Clean Code and Clean Architecture for a whole department (100 people). Also, I was teaching my colleges about app architecture in a small club.

Teaching Children programming and basic logic on Saturdays. Had to find a way how to explain complicates things in a simple manner.
