I hold the position of project manager for the deployment of an innovative electronic payment solution for visually impaired and senior individuals, based on a payment card and a Smartphone application:

• Coordination of internal and external stakeholders

• Specification of the application in conjunction with the solution provider

• Project planning

• Facilitation of steering committees

• Solution testing and application store deployment

• Reporting on project progress, test progress, and application usage tracking.

Within a team of 4 consultants:

• Diagnosis of the functioning of the company's merchant electronic payment sector

• Proposals for organizational and process evolution to improve the sector's functioning

• Steering of the transformation project

• Participation in the Steering/Indicators workstream on defining indicators for the different managerial levels of the sector.

• Production of COGNOS dashboards

- Definition of the company's overall dashboard (360° Vision) for the General Management, covering all its activities (Production, Sales, Finance, HR, Compliance…)

- Definition with business units of KPIs, consolidated and detailed dashboards to manage each activity.

- Design of data modeling for BI data storage (DSA, ODS, DWH) in a POSTGRES environment

- Production of user stories for populating BI data with Talend in an Agile Kanban mode.

- Implementation of all dashboards in Power BI

- User support on Power BI

- Design of SSAS cubes for handling large volumes and performance.
