As an independent consultant, I offer to support organizations working with personal data, especially health data, in finding organizational, managerial, and strategic solutions. To this end, I have developed a methodology for providing audit, diagnosis, consulting, and training services tailored to these organizations and their sectors of activity.
An effective organization in terms of IT security management and the quality of its operational processes must be based on three pillars: Technology, its Processes, and its Human Resources. My consulting activity focuses primarily on rebalancing these pillars within the organization, particularly on the human aspect, to make risk prevention more efficient and sustainable.
My consulting activity aims to support these organizations in their evolution projects by pragmatically developing: the definition of a governance structure, change management, the implementation or improvement of the IT Security and Quality Management System for processes, consulting in integrated QSE management and project management, the deployment of Fair Management practices, etc.
