- Production incident analysis: log reading, cross-system investigation, qualification, and prioritization via ServiceNow.

Challenge: Managing a shared roadmap with multiple stakeholders and ensuring the reliability of end-to-end regulatory data exchange.

Key Responsibilities & Actions

- Coordination of the complete product cycle (Discovery, Delivery, Release) and management of a quarterly roadmap co-created with API consumer partners.

- Improving the reliability of APIs exposed to partners: OpenAPI / Swagger specifications generated via API Platform, JSON schemas, data mapping, and flow documentation, with clear mapping of consumers and dependencies.

- Management and reliability of regulatory data: traceability, quality, and consistency of data exchange between systems.

- Systematic prioritization using RICE and MoSCoW; writing actionable user stories and acceptance criteria; functional testing and validation before each release.
