    The key point of this mission was to work on the design of a sales plan.

    This was the company's sales challenge, as part of launching a new offer.

    Based on my various training courses (strategy & sales), we composed the support together.
    We included the design of Buyer Personas, then validated the sales processes. These two preliminary steps allowed us to develop several adapted and therefore agile Sales Plans.

    I supported the team remotely, over 2 days via video conference. The unique aspect was that I took over to update the materials as we went along.

    Today, the deliverables are being challenged and the methodology is being applied.
    Even better, they can be modified as desired.
