Within the IT department, I built thepre-productiondepartment responsible for the integration andtestingof the information systems of the insurance companies of the CA SA group, Predica, Pacifica, Camca. To do this, Irecruited25 employees with whom we carried out thetestingandcutoverphases into production. I organized, contributed to, and deployed theITILservice management processes (incidents, problems, changes) within the production center.
