As part of the Stock It Easy project, I contributed to the development and evolution of web and mobile applications intended to support Leroy Merlin store employees in daily stock management.

Redesign of the Stock Operation application's navigation with the implementation of GoRouter, to simplify the navigation structure, improve maintainability, and facilitate future evolutions.
Modernization of the Flutter architecture by migrating the state management from Bloc to Riverpod, enhancing code readability and the overall maintainability of the application.
Continuous migration to the latest stable versions of Flutter, with particular attention to compatibility, security, and potential regressions.

As part of this mission, I participated in the development and maintenance of an e-commerce site on PrestaShop, working on both the evolution of existing functionalities and the creation of new ones and modules from scratch.

My main missions and responsibilities were:
Development and maintenance of the PrestaShop site, integrating new functionalities and continuously improving the existing ones.
Design and development of custom PrestaShop modules, coded from scratch, to meet specific business needs not covered by market solutions.
