Eric Loubens

Consultant, interim manager, and coach, my job is to accelerate and secure transformations, whether desired or imposed, that companies and organizations must successfully navigate.

My expertise is threefold:

● Define new efficiency models: I help the leadership team build the model aligning individual and collective ways of working and managerial roles with the strategic vision.

● Accelerate and secure projects that implement strategy: I help managers and their teams structure projects and overcome critical stages in their implementation. I provide support in steering and direct assistance on projects (HR and Change Management, Multi-channel offering, organization and processes). Finally, I support teams in professionalizing their practices (project management, agility, scaled agility).

● Transform culture and management practices. I help the leadership team and managers identify their cultural change challenges and implement the necessary new individual behaviors and collective ways of working. I train and support internal resources so they can transfer skills, enabling teams to take over independently.

Having worked for twenty-five years in numerous sectors, the variety of environments and contexts I have experienced has allowed me to acquire solid benchmarks on "what works" and "what doesn't work" in different ecosystems.

My clients are mainly mid-sized and large companies: they want both expertise and a global understanding of their issues, flexibility and a clear roadmap, a good cost positioning and a strong sense of service.

At the end of the engagement, they want to have reached a new level, found solutions, and acquired experience and skills for future projects.
