My experience is based on overtwenty-five years of operational management,international team management, and active participation inexecutive committees, where I contributed to strategic decisions, governance, and overall performance management.

I support organizations when they need to structure their operational model, improve service quality, strengthen their governance, or absorb increased workload. In the context of interim general management assignments, I take responsibility for the organization for a defined period, ensure continuity, clarify priorities, stabilize teams, and prepare for handover. I also work to improve operations: defining more robust processes, performance management,coordination between Operations, Tech, and Product teams, and implementing tools and rituals for more reliable execution.

In post-acquisition integration contexts, I work to ensure organizational convergence, process harmonization, and operational control during the critical first months.

My approach is based on rapid diagnosis, clear prioritization, structured execution, and continuous communication with management and shareholders.

My career includes roles asOperations Director and Member of the Executive Committee at Believe, where I supported significant international growth, as well as interim director roles at Mooncard and Omnes Éducation. I also advised funds such as XAnge, EQT Partner, and BCG, after starting my career atAccenture.
