IFRS17 industrialization project. Design, development of business applications for managing data flow processing. The objective is to provide IFRS17 reporting and models.

- Front-end and back-end design: Based on functional specifications broken down into user stories, design technical solutions (sequence diagrams, modeling, application architecture, endpoint determination)

- Development: implementation of the front-end and back-end layers (API)

- Mentoring junior developers by writing wikis on tools and best practices

- Cross-functional: setting up development tools, monitoring the CI/CD pipeline implementation of deliverables with the PIC team.

Coordination of integration workstreams for the Cleva web insurance software package

- Management: analyzing, writing specifications, planning, preparing and leading phase meetings, coordinating stakeholders on various topics, tracking actions, supporting the project director for coordination committees
