Eric was Head of Risk for 2 subsidiaries of the Société Générale Group (Overseas and Monaco). He oversaw daily risk management as well as modernization or regulatory compliance projects in the areas of Credit Risk, Operational Risk, and AML/CFT. As part of his mandates (approved by the ACPR), Eric managed teams of 8 to 15 people and also sponsored digital projects and led a portfolio sale project. He also contributed to bank management as a member of the Management Committee.

Eric was an analyst in corporate finance for the Europe region (Telecom, Hospitality, Energy sectors), which allowed him to acquire key practical skills in banking. Eric was also the banking manager for a new application enabling the monitoring of sensitive client risks for the entire retail banking international scope.
