Indeed, I went from an experience that seemed far removed from quality certifications for VSEs and SMEs to a deep commitment in this field.

It all started during a training as an internal auditor within my previous employer, where I was first exposed to ISO certification. This mission captivated me, revealing the crucial importance of this process for all employees and the company.

Subsequently, I founded a training organization dedicated to supporting VSEs and SMEs in their commercial and strategic challenges.

This led me to aim for Qualiopi certification, a significant step that required the creation of my own methodology. I succeeded brilliantly, obtaining 5 "Strong Indicators." Notably one for the care of disabled people, an accomplishment 💪 that I am particularly proud of.

The similarities between Qualiopi, ISO, and MASE are striking, particularly in their requirement for continuous improvement, a principle that I consider essential for any company aspiring to sustainable development. It should be remembered that the goal is never the certificate, but rather what you do with it.

Indeed, ISO embodies the implementation of a management system where customers hold a primary position, and where every team member is mobilized towards the common goal 🎯: customer satisfaction, respect for commitments to employees, partners, and the environment.

With nearly two decades of experience in customer loyalty, I am convinced that the link between ISO, MASE, Qualiopi, and customer retention is undeniable: with these certifications, it is customers who return, your employees who thrive more easily in a framework aligned with their values.
