I am a consultant specializing initially in outsourcing and currently in DORA regulation. A graduate in audit and performance management from Paris 1 Sorbonne, I have 7 years of experience in the banking sector, mainly on compliance, risk management, and outsourcing topics. I also had the opportunity to work on outsourcing governance, particularly by drafting policies and strategies related to this area. I am able to support you in this process because during my last missions at BFORBANK, I led projects for outsourcing compliance with EBA standards, while collaborating with IT providers on DORA pillar 4. My interventions included identifying and qualifying IT providers according to DORA directives, updating the information register in accordance with DORA requirements, as well as remediating contracts (defining services, SLAs, provider location, data security), drafting exit strategies, and supporting stakeholders. I also ensured the deployment and monitoring of level 1 and 2 controls. My approach is proactive and educational, making me an ideal partner to optimize your processes and ensure optimal risk management.
