Throughout my various professional experiences, I have acquired strong expertise in large project management, change management, and the impacts on information systems. Integrated into teams at different clients, I have planned, coordinated, and led projects. Taking into account strategic, human, organizational, and technical dimensions, I have established diagnoses, participated in the development of training, communication, and support plans, and implemented change management systems.

In various sectors (notably banking, aeronautics, and industry), I have organized and consolidated workload planning and the monitoring of budgets and costs. To supervise projects, I also built reporting by defining priorities, assessing risks, and carrying out associated action plans.
