Eric Dienot

I hold a DESS (post-graduate diploma) in Information Systems and Decision Support (SIAD) applied to business administration (dual specialization), which I obtained in Toulouse in 1997, and throughout my professional experience, I have practiced and deepened all project management concepts.

I have supervised and managed teams ranging from two to ten people, maintained numerous professional relationships with clients, suppliers, software vendors or integrators, and end-users in the conduct of the various projects entrusted to me.

With an adaptable nature, I have worked in various fields on different business topics such as transportation, energy, events, healthcare, management IT, legal, insurance, commerce, telecommunications, and IT security.

Remaining attentive to my interlocutors and facilitating various workshops and meetings in a spirit of collaboration, I have thus participated in and led all phases of an IT project and the organization of an IS, while providing regular reports to management and managing risks.

This ranges from responding to calls for tender, drafting specifications, needs analysis, priority analysis and requirements tracking, cost estimation, functional design, definition of technical architectures and flows, integration into existing IS, to user support, development management, deployments, and corrective/evolutionary maintenance.

Today, I wish to continue my professional development towards positions with high involvement and responsibility in order to ensure project steering and monitoring with the best possible reactivity and response to the stated challenges.
