With over 35 years of experience in B2B and SaaS software publishing, I have dedicated most of my career to Chief Product Officer roles in high-growth, transforming, or acquiring companies.

Accustomed to taking charge of complex product organizations, I have, in each assignment, clarified positioning, structured the roadmap, aligned teams, and delivered concrete results within tight deadlines – whether at Planet, Inetum Software, or TEHTRIS.

End-to-end expertise in the SaaS & AI universe. From defining product vision to technical execution, including go-to-market and sales enablement, I cover the entire product value chain. My engineering degree from SUPELEC with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence (1989) – more relevant today than ever – allows me to approach AI challenges with both strategic perspective and technical understanding.

Solid M&A and post-merger experience. With 8 acquisition operations as CPO and 2 divestitures as CEO, I am comfortable in contexts of post-acquisition product restructuring, portfolio rationalization, and team integration – situations common in transition assignments.

An international and multicultural profile. Having led distributed R&D teams (USA, Eastern Europe, Asia), and with a US culture forged at Business Objects (now SAP) and eFront (now BlackRock), I naturally operate in international and multilingual environments.

I am available for assignments in France and internationally, with a preference for the SaaS, Tech, and AI sectors, without sector exclusivity. My availability is immediate.
