For 14 years, I have been combining commerce strategy with economic viability: budget responsibility, liquidity planning, amortization models, ROI, and customer lifetime value are not an appendage to strategy for me, but its foundation. Without an economic calculation, any digital strategy is just a concept, not a plan.

The diversity of perspectives has shaped me: I have experienced e-commerce from the agency side, built it up myself as an internal executive, and accompanied it as an external consultant at the C-level, both B2B and B2C, industrial and consumer-oriented. This allows me to speak with management as well as IT architects. Not because I develop myself, but because I understand which decision really counts at which point.

My role is not that of the implementer, nor that of the pure strategist without practical relevance. I am the authority that stands before the decision: Does this really solve the problem? And does it pay off?
