As a contract / project manager, and planning engineer, I am responsible for managing complex projects concerning Costs / Quality / Risks / Deadlines. My role is to guide program management in performance across the different project life cycles such as:

- Formalize project management processes and tools.

- Ensure deadlines and cost objectives are met

- Ensure consistency of information on the scope
